EU crypto passporting regime enters its second phase

The second phase of the bloc's crypto licensing regime took effect this week, allowing authorised firms to serve clients across member states under a single licence.

Supervisors published joint enforcement priorities alongside the change, naming custody segregation and marketing communications as early focus areas.
